Returns Policy | DIY Wreath-Making Kit
Thank you for choosing our Blooms and Evergreen Luxury DIY Wreath-Making Kit. We prepare each kit with care using fresh, seasonal foliage and high-quality materials so you can enjoy a beautiful wreath-making experience at home.
Order Cancellations
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your kit.
To cancel, please email info@bloomsandevergree.com with your order number.
You must return the kit within 14 days of notifying us.
Returns for Unopened Kits
We can accept returns only if the kit is completely unopened and in its original, resaleable condition.
The outer packaging must be sealed
All components must be unused
Fresh foliage must not have been handled or removed
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once received, we will issue a refund within 7–10 working days.
Fresh & Perishable Materials
Our kits contain fresh flowers and foliage, which are perishable and cannot be restocked once opened.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on any kit that has been opened, even if only partially.
Partial Refunds for Opened or Handled Kits
If a customer cancels their order within the 14-day cooling-off period but returns a kit that has been opened, handled, or not stored correctly, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund only.
A deduction will be made to reflect the reduced value of any fresh or perishable materials that cannot be reused or resold.
In most cases, this will include the full cost of the fresh foliage.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your kit arrives damaged, or if any components are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or send any missing parts as quickly as possible.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Kits that have been opened
Kits returned outside the required timeframes
Kits damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Perishable items that have naturally deteriorated due to delayed return
