Majella Greene

Majella Greene MSc MA is an experienced facilitator and positive psychology practitioner with over 30 years’ experience designing and leading reflective, strengths-based work with teams, organisations and communities. Her practice combines evidence-informed psychology, skilled group facilitation and creative, nature-led approaches that support clarity, connection and meaningful action.

Alongside her consultancy work, Majella specialises in creating psychologically safe spaces where people can slow down, think well together and engage honestly with change. She is a MINT-certified trainer in Motivational Interviewing and brings deep expertise in behaviour change, motivation and relational practice to all facilitated sessions.

At Blooms and Evergreen, Majella’s role is to ensure workshops are not only beautiful and engaging, but thoughtfully designed and expertly held. Jasmin Toresse

Jasmin Toresse is a creative producer, workshop designer and co-director of Blooms & Evergreen, an artisan studio and workshop space based in West Hampstead, London that specialises in floral experiences, seasonal craft workshops and bespoke event design.

Jasmin studied music at university in London and brings a deeply creative, people-centred approach to her work. Throughout her career she has gained extensive experience in live event management, programme development and creative coordination, working across public and private spaces to deliver experiences that are engaging, memorable and beautifully crafted.

At Blooms & Evergreen, Jasmin plays a lead role in developing and delivering workshop programmes that bring people together through hands-on creativity. She focuses on the design and flow of experiences — from wreath-making and seasonal craft sessions to bespoke group events — ensuring each workshop feels warmly held, well-structured and accessible for participants of all backgrounds and abilities.

Her background in music, live events and creative production means Jasmin approaches every project with a strong sense of atmosphere, rhythm and participant engagement. She combines organisational rigour with artistic sensibility, balancing practical workshop logistics with a sense of play and creative exploration.
