Each session lasts between 90 and 120 minutes and can be booked individually or as part of a series.

Paper Pots & Seeds

You’ll create paper seed pots using moulds, choose seeds, and plant them to take home.

It’s tactile, grounding and gently social. Hands are busy, conversation flows naturally and things don’t need to be perfect to work.

Life, Stuck Together

This is not a journal and it’s not about writing pages of thoughts.

It’s about making a physical record of life as it actually happens.

In this workshop, you’ll blend your own natural aromatherapy perfume using essential oils. You’ll learn a simple approach to top, middle and base notes, then experiment until you arrive at a scent that feels right for you.

This is hands-on, sensory and unrushed.

No. These workshops are designed for people who don’t usually think of themselves as creative as well as those who do. We guide the process and the materials do a lot of the work. There is no right way to make anything here.

Do I need to be creative

Is everything provided

Yes. All materials are included, and you don’t need to bring anything with you unless you want to. Just come as you are.

Can I come alone

Absolutely. Many people come on their own. The sessions are set up so it feels easy to settle in, whether you feel like chatting or keeping to yourself.

How messy is it

A little messy, in a good way. We work with paper, soil and scent, so things aren’t pristine, but we keep it comfortable and manageable. Aprons and table coverings are provided.

Can you run these at our office

Yes. We regularly deliver workshops onsite for teams and organisations. We adapt the setup to suit the space and make sure it works without disrupting the working environment.
